My Background
I am a Native Texan and grew up with a love for nature. My love for crystals began as a small child, collecting the treasures I would find in creeks. As an adult I have found I love using crystals within my work. I decided on starting my career in massage therapy many years ago all because of my friends continuously telling my I had "magic hands". I have often heard this over the years from clients and am happy to have found my life's purpose.

I’ve been a practicing Alternative Healer since 2003, starting out as a massage therapist. Since then, I have gained essential knowledge in order to better take care of my clients. As part of my practice, I strive to educate my clients as well as to help them to heal, empowering them to live better and healthier lives. I truly believe our body has the power to heal itself.

The creation of this business has been a dream of mine for many years. I knew many years ago as a massage therapist that I wanted to create my own retreat of some kind for my clients to come to where they can feel safe, can heal, and create the best version(s) of themselves possible. My vision let itself be known in previous years what exactly that looks like. I am only in the beginning stages of this new vision but am excited for what the future holds.
CranioSacral Therapy, Upledger Institute

SomatoEmotional Release I expands on CranioSacral Therapy to help a person to rid themselves of past injuries and/or experiences. This process helps clients to release tissue memory, helping them to decrease affects of past traumas. This work is where my heart is! Let's change how we approach mental health by adding this modality to traditional therapies.
SomatoEmotional Release Technique: Mastering the Inner Physician integrates imagery and dialogue in order to bridge the gap between the non-conscious and the conscious, allowing the client to talk to themself, or their parts. This method is valuable in helping us become more authentic, understanding human beings.
CranioSacral Therapy, Upledger Institute
November 2023 & May 2024
CranioSacral Therapy I is only the beginning of many more courses. This course will allow for a much deeper connection with the client as well as bigger movements, but all while being so very gentle. CranioSacral Therapy II feels like the perfect way to integrate the skills learned with CranioSacral Therapy along side the energy work I have already been practicing. This will allow for a more custom tailored client session, but while still being super gentle work.

Psoas Release Therapy is amazing! I do hope to get the opportunity to take more courses in the future. The somatic releases, somatic movements, and education on exactly how this fight or flight muscle works was quite eye opening.

As a certified Life Coach, I help my clients heal their minds using a Holistic Health coaching method. I offer a unique approach by adding body and energy modalities to help my clients heal body, mind, and spirit. Through our sessions, we can work together to identify any limiting beliefs or negative patterns and develop a plan to overcome them.
Reiki Master Teacher, Ke Kino Institute

I can not express how much I love Reiki! This was the final step to gain those last pieces of knowledge to add to my Reiki treatments. This class has brought with it the growth I needed in my Reiki to better help my clients on the table.
Reiki II
March 2011 & November 2022
I quickly took the next step in Reiki with the Reiki II class. This allowed more practice and knowledge than the Reiki I class. I made the decision to retake the course by another teacher in 2022 to brush up on my memory and I had a feeling I would learn something new from this teacher. Boy I was right! After the second class, I knew I was on the right path to become a better healer for my clients!

My first Reiki class was eye opening. This class changed how I perceived the world around me and opened my eyes to something I felt I was meant to be a part of. I knew after this class that I was meant to be a healer.
Licensed Massage Therapist

I began my career as a licensed massage therapist. As a young adolescent I had always been told I had "magic hands" from friends that I would generously massage their aches and pains. This lead me to my calling. Since my licensure, I have taken many added massage courses such as Prenatal, Hot Stone, Reflexology, and many more to add several different types of techniques to relax and help the body heal itself.
