What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing, a type of alternative medicine. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "energy" flows through us. If one's "energy" is low or unbalanced, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "universal" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is translated to "universal life energy."
A treatment feels like a wonderful warm radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind, and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.

What is CranioSacral Therapy?
Craniosacral therapy is a form of alternative medicine that is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of the craniosacral system - which is comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. The therapist releases restrictions in the craniosacral system, which has been shown to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, as well as many other systems of the body, such as digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, and more. CST has also been shown to help with the physical components related to such somatic conditions as Post Traumatic Stress, depression and anxiety.

What is Psoas Release?
The Psoas muscle is like a bridge connecting the core of the body to the legs, the psoas is critical for balanced alignment, proper joint rotation, and full muscular range of motion. A manual massage therapy directly applied to the hip flexors along the hip bones as well as the diaphragm may help further relax the psoas muscle and get pain relief. The Psoas Unwinding is a like a guided "walking" meditation in which allows the body to naturally move and unwind the restrictions within the psoas muscle.
